Donna and Susan stumbled into the dog world and began their journey by breeding and showing Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, or “Chessies”. Chessies are known for being very loyal and extremely strong-willed. These dogs certainly are not for beginners and gave Donna and Susan the experience needed to take their next step— Wyeth Meadows Doggy Inn!

All of our staff members have years of experience with dog handling and understanding dog behavior. Each member is screened by the owners to insure that they truly understand our values and can uphold our good reputation in the community.

The Wyeth Meadows team is always interested in meeting skilled and trustworthy dog lovers!
Some daily responsibilities include :
Following feeding instructions for dogs, making sure all waters are clean and fresh, administering medications, interacting with new and existing clientele, assist with filing paperwork, cleaning common kennel areas as well as dog resting areas, making sure all yards are clean and safe, and actively engaging with and playing with the dogs. All potential employees must have previous kennel experience, are able to lift heavy objects, handle dogs of any size, and be willing to learn about reading dog body language!
